2. 加麵粉(低筋麵粉較佳)、水1:9 比例,淋上去煎餃、 蓋子蓋上。
3. 大火煮到蓋子有水蒸氣時候,轉小火8-9分鐘,建議可以起鍋囉!(如果還有麵粉水、打開鍋蓋讓水蒸氣蒸發、收汁)
